Leadership and Education
Committed to music education and the professionalization of musical activity in his hometown, Michael Magán has been teaching theory courses at the Richard Wagner School of Artistic Training since 2023.
Michael is also committed to promoting choral singing in Huancayo. Since 2024, he has been the artistic director of the Polyphonic Choir of the Continental University in Huancayo. In addition, since 2025, he has been the artistic director of the Polyphonic Choir of the Decentralized Directorate of Culture of Junín.
